Contacting investors you have no prior relationship with can be general solicitation, which only Rule 506(c) offerings permit. Join the waitlist
Most allocators find managers through a handful of databases. Each one accepts manager submissions at no charge, but keeping every profile current takes hours a month. We do it for you.
You approve every figure before it goes out, and returns are submitted only as your administrator reports them. Database fees, if a database ever charges one, are not included. Each database decides whether and how to publish your fund; we cannot guarantee a listing, placement or investor interest. For Rule 506(b) funds, figures go only to databases that restrict them to qualified users, and never appear publicly on AltMountain.
Reach investors, advisors and allocators researching hedge funds, private equity and venture capital. Options include a sponsored fund card on fund and firm pages, a featured slot in search suggestions, and banner placements for service providers such as fund administrators, auditors, law firms and prime brokers. Pricing on request.
Every paid placement is labeled “Sponsored.” Fund sponsorships are open only to funds offered under Rule 506(c), because funds relying on Rule 506(b) may not advertise publicly. Sponsorship never changes a fund's search ranking or data, and is not an endorsement. Ask about advertising
Planned pricing for launch. Monthly plans start with a free first month; cancel before it ends and you pay nothing, and cancel any time after that. Claimed profiles are free. Databases are listed for reference only; AltMountain is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of them, and each database decides whether and how to publish a fund. Paying for a customized profile or reporting never changes a fund's position in search results or rankings, is not an endorsement, and does not mean AltMountain has reviewed or verified the fund. AltMountain does not receive compensation tied to any investment in a listed fund. Manager-provided content will be labeled as such.
