Where the data comes from
Fund listings come from Form D notices filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission where the issuer identified itself as a hedge fund, private equity fund, venture capital fund or other investment fund, or filed under the real estate or energy industry groups. Firm pages and the private funds section come from Form ADV, estimated returns from Form 13F, and EU funds from ESMA's public registers (source: ESMA). Current listings cover filings from Nov 3, 2024 to Nov 3, 2026, one row per fund at its latest filing; funds with older filings are kept in each section's archive.
Reading the numbers
“Raised” is the total amount sold since the offering began, as reported by the fund. It is not current assets and may be out of date. Funds with an indefinite offering often report cumulative subscriptions.
